Total charged

Check the final total including postage, any handling charge and the currency you are billed in.

Delivery arrangements

Note the stated dispatch and delivery windows, the carrier if given, and where the order ships from.

Cancellation and returns

Note the cancellation period, how to start a return, the return address and who pays return postage.

Support route

Record the seller's support email or contact form. This is the only route to change, chase or cancel an order.
