This website (fizzcleanuk.com, trading as Fresh Check) is operated by Dylan Bassan de Oliveira, who is the data controller for the limited processing described below. Contact details are on the contact page.
What we do not do
This is a static informational website. It has no user accounts, no login, no shopping basket, no payment processing and no newsletter sign-up. We do not ask you for your name, address, payment details or any special category data, and we do not sell personal data.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records ordinary technical logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer and timestamp — to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. These logs are retained by the host under its own retention schedule.
Advertising parameters
If you arrive here from an advertisement, the address of the page may contain campaign parameters such as
gclid, gbraid, wbraid, msclkid, sub1 and UTM
values. These identify the advertisement and the search term, not you personally.
If — and only if — you deliberately activate a commercial link, those parameters are appended to the destination address so the advertiser's affiliate network can attribute the click. Nothing is transmitted if you do not activate the link.
Advertising measurement
This site loads the Google Ads tag (AW-17719931677) so that advertising performance can be
measured. It runs under Google Consent Mode v2 with advertising and analytics storage set to
denied by default. Storage is only enabled if you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice. See the

No purchase, lead or transaction event is ever recorded from your browser by this site.
When you leave this site
Activating a commercial link takes you to a third-party advertiser and then to a seller. From that point their privacy policies apply to anything you enter, including any personal or payment data at checkout. We have no access to, and no control over, their forms, cookies, checkout or stored orders.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data we hold about you, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Because this site collects almost nothing, in most cases we will hold no personal data about you at all. Requests can be sent via the contact page.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
